About The Barnabas Connection
The Barnabas Connection was birthed right after the Connect conference in Orlando, FL in 2002. A group of youth pastors who desired to continue the connection and fellowship that started there decided to start The Barnabas Connection retreat. The retreat continues to be a venue where youth workers can connect with other like-minded believers in their field. The Barnabas Connection is also a place where training takes place organically through forums and connection.
Vision of The Barnabas Connection
The Barnabas Connection exists to encourage and connect youth workers in the Presbyterian Church in America.
Mission of The Barnabas Connection
Our goal is to offer a Gospel-centered and Grace-driven retreat that would encourage those who work with our Covenant students by offering Reformed Teaching, Covenantal Instruction, and a Biblical Framework of Youth Ministry.

The Barnabas Connection Steering Committee
